The purpose of this AUP is to outline the acceptable and unacceptable behaviors of users while utilizing our services. It is our goal to maintain the integrity, security, and quality of our network and infrastructure.

3.1. Prohibited Acts

Users of our services are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

– Spam ;

– DDoS / AMP scanning / IP Spoofing & IP-Header Modification;

– Hacking / Botnet / RATs / Ransomware;

– Fraud / Scam / Phishing / Carding anything related;

– TOR Exit Relays;

– Child Pornography, animal porn, models under the age of 18;

– Malware / Exploits / Viruses;

– Fraudulent sites, as well as redirects to such sites;

– Any activity that may lead to IP blacklisting (SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, Blocklist, anti-virus databases and any other blacklists).

3.2. Prohibited Acts in our VPS

In addition to the above, users of our Virtual Private Server (VPS) services must adhere to the following:

  • Unauthorized access or attempts to access the host node or other VPS instances.

  • Resource abuse, which can manifest in various forms such as excessive CPU utilization, memory hogging, or network saturation, poses a significant threat to the stability and functionality of other VPS instances sharing the same infrastructure. It not only disrupts the performance of neighboring instances but also strains the overall network, leading to degraded service quality for all users. As responsible users of VPS hosting, it’s essential to monitor and optimize resource usage to ensure fair and equitable access for everyone. This proactive approach fosters a collaborative environment where each user’s needs are met without compromising the integrity of the hosting infrastructure.   • Installation or distribution of malicious software or scripts.

  • Running services that may cause network degradation, including but not limited to open proxies or email relays.

3.3. Web Hosting Shared Excessive Usage not Allowed

It’s imperative for users of shared web hosting to exercise restraint when it comes to resource consumption, as overuse can significantly impact the stability and performance of the entire hosting environment. This extends beyond merely CPU, memory, or disk space usage, encompassing any activity that strains the shared infrastructure. By adhering to these guidelines, users contribute to a harmonious and reliable hosting experience for all. 4. Violations

Any violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services, as determined by Ava HOST SRL. We may also report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.

5. Reservation of Rights

Ava HOST SRL reserves the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. It is the responsibility of users to review this policy periodically and remain in compliance.

6. Cease Service

Ava HOST SRL reserves the right to cease service or terminate, block, suspend any account found to be in violation of this AUP without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
